Music can have both positive and negative effects on a person in society. Either way, music shapes everyday lives of people around the world. Censorship of music in the United Sta tes dates back to the 1800ââ¬â¢s after the Civil War when people in the south were banned from singing confederate songs. And censorship of music is still happening today. Many songs in todayââ¬â¢s society mention use of drugs, alcohol, sex, violence, cursing, and mistreatment of others. If people of todayââ¬â¢s society want our future generations to be fine with these traits and acceptable with wrong things happening in our world, vote for no censorship. Listening to societyââ¬â¢s songs uncensored will influence kids to be active in violence, drugs, alcohol, and other disrespectful activities at a younger age. Running Through the 6 free essay sample
One of the best rap music artists out there right now is Aubrey Graham; better known by his stage name, Drake. Aubrey Graham grew up in the streets of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Drake is 28 years old and currently resides in Miami, Florida. About two weeks ago, Drake came out with a new mixtape called; If Youââ¬â¢re Reading This, Itââ¬â¢s Too Late. This mixtape is by Drake but it also features some other rappers throughout the album such as Party Next Door, Lil Wayne, and Travi$ Scott. This mixtape consists of 17 songs: Legend, Energy, 10 Bands, No Tellinââ¬â¢, Madonna, 6 God, Star67, Preach (which ft. Party Next Door), Wednesday Night Interlude, Used To (which ft. Lilââ¬â¢ Wayne), 6 Man, Now Forever, Company (which ft. Travi$ Scott), You The 6, Jungle, 6 PM In New York, and last but not least; my favorite song on the mixtape, Know Yourself. Most of his songs are about him growing up in the streets of Toronto during the early 2000ââ¬â¢s. We will write a custom essay sample on Running Through the 6 or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page This mixtape was released about two weeks ago and it was a long awaited mixtape. The reason I listened to this mixtape was because of twitter and because of almost every social media network out there. I also listened to it because I have been a fan of most of Drakeââ¬â¢s previous mixtapes, albums and songs. So, I thought I would give this mixtape a try because of all the hype; and I did just that, and really enjoyed the songs and now listen to the mixtape in the car while I drive. Generally, most of Drakeââ¬â¢s songs from his albums or mixtapes are usually either really sad songs or they are about his life growing up. Sometimes I get annoyed with his sad songs, but this new mixtape did not have many of these sad songs. Instead most of these songs in the new mixtape were about his life and would be known and called by the youth population today as ââ¬Å"bangers.â⬠Before I heard this album, I already knew Aubrey Graham was born and raised in Toronto and that his father is Jewish and his mother is African-American. Because of knowing this, you would know that Aubrey Graham is not as ââ¬Å"hardâ⬠as other rappers or as ââ¬Å"ghettoâ⬠as other rappers. The best song on the mixtape was definitely Know Yourself. This song is about his life in Toronto in his teenage years. In the song he says ââ¬Å"I was running through the 6 with my woes.â⬠It took me a while to understand what he meant by this line, but thanks to some help from some friends I began to understand. Here is the explanation, by ââ¬Å"the 6â⬠, he means Toronto because Toronto is known as the 6. And by woes, he means his homies or friends. So pretty much he is running through Toronto with his friends doing hoodrat things. I believe that this mixtape is one of the best ones he has ever made and it is one of the best mixtapes that has been released in the past few months. I think he should have put a few more songs on the album and made it a little more than 20 songs. Other than that the mixtape was awesome and I will listen to it until I get bored. If you like Drake or even Rap and Hip Hop, you will love this mixtape. If you are a true music fan you should listen to this mixtape. Every teenager or young adult should listen to this mixtape and would enjoy the music presented on the mixtape.

Emerald Ash Borer (Agrilus planipennis)
Emerald Ash Borer (Agrilus planipennis) Emerald ash borer (EAB), a native beetle of Asia, invaded North America in the 1990s by way of wooden packing material. In a decades time, these pests killed tens of millions of trees throughout the Great Lakes region. Get to know this pest, so you can sound the alarm if it makes its way to your neck o the woods. Description: The adult emerald ash borer is a striking metallic green, with an iridescent purple abdomen hidden beneath the forewings. This elongate beetle reaches about 15 mm in length and just over 3 mm in width. Look for adults from June to August, when they fly in search of mates. Creamy white larvae reach lengths of 32 mm at maturity. The prothorax nearly obscures its tiny, brown head. EAB pupae also appear creamy white. The eggs are white at first, but turn deep red as they develop. To identify emerald ash borer, you should learn to recognize the signs of an infestation. Unfortunately, symptoms of emerald ash borer dont become obvious until two or more years after borers enter a tree. D-shaped exit holes, just 1/8 in diameter, mark the emergence of adults. Split bark and foliage dieback may also portend pest trouble. Just under the bark, S-shaped larval galleries will confirm the presence of EAB. Classification: Kingdom - AnimaliaPhylum - ArthropodaClass ââ¬â InsectaOrder ââ¬â ColeopteraFamily - BuprestidaeGenus - AgrilusSpecies - planipennis Diet: Emerald ash borer larvae feed only on ash trees. Specifically, EAB feeds on the vascular tissues between the bark and sapwood, a habit that interrupts the flow of nutrients and water required by the tree. Life Cycle: All beetles, including the emerald ash borer, undergo complete metamorphosis. Egg ââ¬â Emerald ash borers lay eggs singly, in crevices in the bark of host trees. A single female can lay up to 90 eggs. Eggs hatch within 7-9 days.Larva ââ¬â Larvae tunnel through the trees sapwood, feeding on the phloem. Emerald ash borers overwinter in the larval form, sometimes for two seasons.Pupa ââ¬â Pupation occurs in mid-spring, just under the bark or phloem.Adult ââ¬â After emerging, adults remain within the tunnel until their exoskeletons properly harden. Special Adaptations and Defenses: The emerald ash borers green color acts as camouflage within the forest foliage. The adults fly quickly, fleeing from danger when needed. Most buprestids can produce a bitter chemical, buprestin, to deter predators. Habitat: Emerald ash borer requires only their host plant, ash trees (Fraxinus spp.). Range: Emerald ash borers native range includes parts of China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, as well as small areas of Russia and Mongolia. As an invasive pest, EAB now lives in Ontario, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Virginia. Other Common Names: EAB

However, it is not easy to determine the exactly the extent of the losses. Partially, cybercrime is not a zero-game because the stolen information is not fully gone. Infiltrators steal only the company plans including the customer lists and the working strategies (Westby). Amazingly, the company may not be aware that it is no longer in control of the information flow and they are controlled outside their infrastructure. The spies take control of the companyââ¬â¢s network and access the information that runs the institution. More often, such infiltrators are the companyââ¬â¢s competitors who wish to make similar products and compete equally. Even though they cannot produce exactly the same product, the idea is leaked out. The spies having the intellectual information can compete in the market, and the victim company may be grounded in its operations. This is because the competitor may produce cheap products that attract many customers in the market (Brenner). Every business entity strives to be unique in its operation. This implies that every organization has to conceal its vital information to be peculiar and be attractive to the customers. Such vital information may be stored in the computers and network framework of the organization. Although it may take some time for stolen IP to appear in the competing product, there is no deferment in monetizing abducted vital business information. For
